Your photo stays on your device.

Photos and local processing

The photo editor reads the file you choose and processes it in memory in this browser tab. Its photo-processing code does not upload the photo, manual facial guide marks or generated image files to a server. We do not perform face recognition, identity matching or generative AI processing.

Your original file remains on your device. The working image and preview are cleared when the tab is closed or the page is reloaded. Any file you save to your device remains there until you remove it. Do not email a photo or identity document to support unless a specific need has been explained and you choose to do so.

Website requests and hosting

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Loading a page involves network information such as IP address, browser request details and security or diagnostic logs. This information is used to deliver and protect the website, not to analyze the contents of your locally selected photo.

The current editor does not create a user account, an advertising profile or a cloud photo library. Third-party websites linked as official sources handle their visitors under their own privacy policies.

Payments and support

Paid checkout is not open yet. When payment is enabled, WAFFO will handle checkout and collect the information shown in that flow, such as payer contact, billing and payment details. Our site must receive order status to grant a paid download; we do not need to receive your photo for payment verification. Card details should be entered only into the payment provider’s checkout.

If you email support, we receive the email address and message you send. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards [email protected] to our support mailbox. The mailbox provider also processes that correspondence. Support messages are used to respond, investigate problems and maintain relevant service or refund records.

Retention and your choices

We do not retain photo files on our servers because the editor does not upload them. Hosting, payment and support providers may retain operational or transaction information for their security, legal and accounting duties. We do not promise an arbitrary deletion period that those services cannot support.

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of personal information held in support or order records, subject to applicable law and required recordkeeping. Please provide only the information needed to identify your request; do not send card numbers or identity documents.

Children and permissions

A parent or guardian should handle a child’s application photo and any purchase. The editor does not ask children to register or submit personal details to us. Do not process or share another person’s photo without the necessary permission.
