The service and its operator
PassPhotoCheck operates this independent photo-preparation website at passphotocheck.com. Contact [email protected] for service questions. We are not a government agency and do not file passport or visa applications, issue documents or guarantee acceptance.
The software processes a photo in your browser and provides format guidance, local previews, limited checks and print layouts. Checks may rely on your manual marks and estimates. No generative AI, identity verification, face retouching or background replacement is provided.
Your responsibilities
Use photos you own or have permission to process, and obtain any necessary permission from the person shown or their guardian. Keep the original file. You are responsible for selecting the correct application channel, reviewing official instructions and checking the final physical print size.
Do not use the service to forge identity documents, impersonate someone, evade application rules, exploit anyone, infringe rights or distribute unlawful content. The acceptable-use policy gives further detail. We may restrict access for misuse or security threats.
Price and purchase
The planned paid offer is US$5 once for one prepared photo and its supported print-sheet layout, without a subscription or automatic renewal. Preview and checks are free. Paid checkout and full-size downloads are currently unavailable; no payment is being collected.
When available, WAFFO will provide the hosted checkout. Review the final amount, applicable taxes and checkout terms before confirming. A successful payment will be required for full-size download access. We will not treat an abandoned checkout as a paid purchase.
Digital delivery and cancellation
The paid service will supply downloadable digital files, not printed photographs or postal delivery. Save files to your device; the current local editor does not provide cloud storage or an account-based photo library. Closing the tab loses its working image.
A one-time purchase has no recurring plan to cancel. Before payment you can leave checkout. After payment, refund requests follow our refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights. No paid delivery window is promised before the purchase flow is available.
Limitations and changes
Use of the software does not establish that a photo is acceptable for an application. Unknown checks are not a pass. Lighting, photo age, expression, print quality and unmeasured characteristics require your review. Government requirements may change after our source-check date.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or government acceptance. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms prospectively; the terms applicable to a purchase will be disclosed before payment.
